From Namba station, suggest taking the B30 north exit. Overall the room is clean and nice and the washing machine can be used for free. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommend for couples.

Small one bedroom apartment with everything you need

Spotlessly clean. Easy self check in and out. Loved the shower and auto-filling tub which was temperature controlled so the water remained hot. Kitchen had basic appliances - one fry pan, one pot, two plates, 3 small bowls. But it was enough for basic cooking. Washing machine + dryer was useful and detergent was provided. Very close to main Dotonburi area but off a small alley. Do note that it's next to a main highway and traffic sounds can be heard. But overall, very happy with the room.

Very Good

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent. A great place for sleep and relaxation.

There was no hairdryer. :(( At least, there could have been a small water bottle and a few coffee and tea bags. The check-out time should be a bit later.

Great location, short walk to dotonbori and surrounds with train stations nearby (approx 5min walk). Rooms are well sized and was great having access to a kitchen and laundry facilities.

Clean, decent location, strong wifi, great bathroom.

Very clean, strong wifi. The space is bigger than most of the rooms in Osaka that you could find and there's plenty storage space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is big and comfy though my husband prefers it a little softer, I was fine with it. Loved the laundry at the unit so we could wash clothes before heading to the next destination ( we bought a small detergent pack at the convenient store). The shower room is wonderful with temperature control panel, good water pressure and the bath tub is a bonus. My husband enjoyed taking a bath after a long day walk and it truly helped him get rid of the tiredness. We just loved this bathroom a lot and wish we had such a multiple function bathroom at home . Though we did not cook, a kitchen was definitely helpful when we bought some fruits to to wash, eat in a clean plate, and clean. Decent location, about 7/11 mins walk to Kuromon market/ Dotonburi. Namba station is 16-18 mins walk away or you could walk 5 mins to the nearby Nipponbashi station and just one stop to Namba. A few nights out and ate too much good food, we didn't mind walking back to our place from Dotonburi or Nipponbashi station, even from Namba station, we were lucky it didn't rain during our stay though. If you are planning a day to visit Kyoto, we suggest you walk to Tanimachi subway station that is about 7 mins walk and it will take you to Kyoto station. We found this way much easier than going through Namba station and make another transfer.

The pillows are smaller than the normal ones. It would be good to have a broom set at the unit so we could sweep when needed. A kitchen towel would be nice.

Great apartment for our extended stay in Osaka.

Lovely apartment room, with a washing machine. Very secure and good locations.

Didn't have a facility to leave baggage for early arrival (not a major issue. However they installed a luggage storage cabinet while we were there so can only assume they are in the process of resolving this).

Wonderful

Place was close to everything (train stations, dotonbori, shinsaibashi, ebisu bashi, kuromon, a grocery store and conveneince stores, etc), clean, and spacious. Love that it has a washer/dryer. Property manager was easy to talk to and responsive.

There was a broken window that was letting air seep in, and checkout time could be later like in other hotels. But both these weren't really deal breakers

Exceptional

First off I am traveling with my 19 year old son so the multiple areas for privacy (small walk in closet, separation of bedroom from bathroom and separation of bedroom from small living area) were so greatly appreciated! The combo washer dryer and close proximity to tons of restaurants (shout out Mr. R’s restaurant literally across the street!) also made my stay super enjoyable! The property was clean and spacious! It’s also central to multiple train stations that worked great with my purchased Osaka amazing pass. Saving this property to return to for my next visit to Osaka!

100% would recommend. Excellent in every way

Very spacious apartment with superb facilities. Lots of storage space; washing machine/dryer was a great facility to have. Brilliant location too. Very clean & comfortable. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Our room overlooked a very busy road which initially looked like it was going to be a problem with noise but once inside, you couldn’t hear a thing from outside

The area around the hotel is dirty and not very nice They’re super strict with checkin and checkout, they wouldn’t allow us to check out even 30 mins late which is quite harsh. There’s no reception so you can’t leave luggage there.
